sRefunds & Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds except under the following conditions. We do not guarantee results as hair responds differently to different products.
1. If an order is returned by USPS because of an error on your part such as an inaccurate address or failure to claim a package held at the post office, items will only be reshipped after receiving the shipping amount from you. The order will not be sent until the shipping cost is paid. If you choose not to have the returned package reshipped, a refund minus the shipping cost can be issued.
2. Domestic Orders Only: If USPS has not confirmed delivery* of your order or returned your order to us due to an error on our part, you can choose to be fully refunded.
*If several weeks have passed (see information on Priority Mail delays under shipping information above) and USPS has not confirmed delivery, a full refund will be issued. Please note that you will be obligated to return the package unopened in the event that it arrives after the refund has been issued.
